Space to host event for 60 ppl

Hello,

My girlfriend has a big, once in a lifetime event in October with people flying in from out of the country etc.

She had booked space at the Grandview public market with a dj, food, drinks etc all set. Unfortunately they are suddenly going out of business and she needs to find another place.

I'd appreciate any ideas. She was in love with the idea of the Grandview and I can't think of anything very similar.
