Solara Management and Air BnB in West Palm Beach FL are crooks!

Anyone else been robbed by Air Bnb and Solara Management in West Palm Beach FL?

We rented a place and upon arrival it smelled like mildew. Tried to turn the A/C on and the remotes had been removed. We turned the fans on and dust flew all over the beds. We contacted the host and he said he would send his “tech” over. We decided to leave and get a hotel after 20 min of waiting and then the “tech” showed up pulling a red wagon with a mop bucket in it. We told him we weren’t staying at the property and didn’t need the remote.

Air BnB and Solara Management won’t refund our money and we were there for 20 min. Air BnB said we needed more paperwork to confirm the smell, so I found an inspector that said he would do an air quality test for $200. Solara Management said that no one would be allowed in the property past our stay period and we were supposed to stay on Friday and Saturday. I had the inspector lined up for Monday morning, but Solara Managemt wouldn’t allow the inspector in. So now I’m out $630 and didn’t spend one night in their property.
