So is weed actually decriminalized

Going to Miami w my mom this week she’s completely chill w me smoking but I keep seeing mixed things some people say just a citation and some are saying you’ll be arrested unless you do it at night. I’d obviously only do it discreetly in alleyways cuz I get paranoid.
