smoking area kesaya center

hi there , so i am a little confused right now. there was a reddit post i found where the person asked if there was a smoking area in kesaya center and one person said yes there smoking balconies but then on the kesaya website it says this: SMOKING The Kaseya Center is a “smoke-free” facility. “Smoking” (which includes emitting vapors via e-cigarettes) is not permitted on balconies or any plazas surrounding the building, including East Plaza.

Can anyone give me some insight on what the true answer is? Going to see Lady Gaga in late august, I am from out of town and want to know. Thank you.
