Sister in law is looking for a catholic church to get married at without being a member

The venue is In Boca Raton so she’s looking for a Catholic Church that will allow them to get married without being a member. I honestly didn’t even know the membership was a thing. She’s stressed and I’m trying to help, they are in their 20’s and it’s important to them to get married in a Catholic Church. We live in Fort Lauderdale which my understanding is that makes a difference.
