Searching for just “normal” bars

Hoping you kind folks can point me towards some bars that are not full of tourists do not have DJ’s playing edm remixes of pop songs and do not have any neon lights. I would prefer bars that don’t have smoking but really just looking for solid watering holes. Basically looking for the opposite of Mizner vibes. TYIA
