Searching for a room for next year

Hello!, I’ll be looking to move come January so I wanted to start putting feelers out. I’m 27, and a grad student so I’d prefer to live with the same or someone of similar age range (older is fine if you don’t mind living with someone my age). Im usually on campus most of the day and when I’m not at school I’m usually at work. My budget is about 1000/month can push to about 1200/month if that includes bills!
