Rooster in my neighborhood

I live in Brickell, I already hear the angry drivers/sports cars/sport bikes until over midnight and construction starts at 7am. I only have a small window to sleep quietly and now this damn bird is "singing" starting around 5-6am. It drives me insane.

I know earplugs seem like the solution at this point but I find them uncomfortable.

How do you deal with those roosters?

Is there a process to have them removed or I should hire one of those dudes that sell iguana meat on marketplace? 😂
