Romantic Restaurant Recommendation

My girlfriend is turning 21 this week, and I’m planning to take her out to a nice, romantic dinner while her family sets up a surprise party at home. She loves ceviche, so I was thinking maybe a really good Peruvian or ceviche spot with a romantic atmosphere. A romantic Peruvian place? I’m open to other types of cuisine too, as long as the atmosphere is intimate and special. We’re based in South Miami/Downtown, but don’t mind driving a bit for the right place.
