Roaches in West Palm Beach?

Hi everyone, I would like to move to West Palm Beach but I have a huge roach phobia and I was wondering if anyone that has lived there for many years could share if roaches are common in your house? Thank you!

And yes I know there are roaches in Florida, I'm just curious if you find them randomly INSIDE your home.

(Also please only answer if you consider yourself a pretty clean person lol, obviously you will get them if you don't clean up great pretty much anywhere)
