Repeated voicemails from FPL about having to do work the next day requiring a 4 hour outage, work never happens

Anyone ever get this? Since last week nearly every day FPL calls and leaves a voicemail saying they have to do work that involves shutting my power off for 4 hours starting at 9AM the next day... but there's never actually any work or power outage.

When I call the phone number in the message all I get is a voicemail box that is full.

Just wondering if anyone else has gotten these calls and if they are legit or some weird scam.
