Relocating near HCA Palms West hospital, need help!

Hi everyone! I’ll be relocating to the West Palm Beach area in June for work and I’m super excited!! My job is near HCA Palms West Hospital, so I’m mainly looking around Royal Palm Beach /Wellington.

I’m looking for a 1bed1bath, but the biggest thing for me is that the apartment MUST have EV charging (or reliable access to chargers) since I drive an EV.

I’ve been looking into Cortland Royal Palm Beach (seems nice and has chargers according to their website), but everything is SO expensive right now 😭 I’m hoping prices drop a bit closer to summer.
