Hello! I'm dealing with a crappy Insertional Achilles Tendonitis issue. I'd love to know if there are any physical therapy offices that have a successful outcome in terms of healing this specific injury. I've tried a few PTs and the experiences have been pretty positive, but I still haven't been able to heal from the injury.
The next "protocol" I am looking at is incrementally loading the Achilles with more and more weight. Do you have any recommendations?
Thank you very much!
