Recommendations for Dr who is experienced with special needs

Moving to Boca and will need a dr for my daughter (20 y/o), who has Cerebral Palsy. Overall healthy, but looking for a dr with patience and understanding since she is non-verbal….Mainly for general sick visits occasionally, prescription for home care supplies and various letter of medical necessity for wheel chair adjustments etc needed by ins etc. Any recommendations??
