Recently bought some cooked salted duck eggs from my local Asian shop. Stupidly peeled and ate one as is, now I wanna know what I SHOULD actually do with them. I plan on making fried rice with lamb heart tonight. Would that be good to add some of the egg to? I’m kinda lost. Thanks!!!
