Rebuilding camcorder batteries

Does anyone know a place or person that rebuilds batteries, specifically for a camcorder? The battery is a np-f100 for the sony handycam (dcr-pc10). It seems the dcr-pc10 and 7 have no replacement batteries from third parties. Other batteries that can be used are the np-f200 and np-f300 but again nothing online.

I reached out to one rebuilding service out of state, but they don't do these specific batteries.
