Porch Pirate

I’m so utterly disgusted and upset with what I’m going through right now. So I have lived at my current apartment for a while and I don’t like living here anymore. I thought I finally found a safe place for me and my kids to live. I pay my rent on time and it’s definitely not cheap, I have a few good friends in this complex. I honestly think since these new tenants have came along it’s turning into a piss poor place. They leave big trash bags under the stairs for days at a time and then huge roaches come in and out of the bags to crawling all over the stairwell. I homeschool my daughter and work a demanding job so I normally would sometimes have packages sitting outside my door for like days at a time without stealing. So recently I got a call from my grandmother about something serious considering her health it was literally life and death. So we left that day and I wished I asked maintenance to look out for my packages. This person is a neighbor because I have seen her around the complex maybe once or twice. But now I’m furious because she stole my daughter’s homeschool supplies worth nearly $300. I called the companies and let them know what happened but it’s looking like I might can’t get a replacement. Would I be wrong to post flyers around the complex about this lady being a thief? She could’ve return the books and her supplies but no she didn’t. I’m seriously looking for somewhere else to live. This happened in Boynton Beach. Advenir.
