Pepper Cove & Cortland at the Hammocks Apartments

Looking to move into an apartment, and I think I have narrowed it down to Pepper Cove or Cortland at the Hammocks. I was wondering if anyone here knows anyone that has lived at these apartments or lived there themselves and what their experience was.
