Hi all, does anybody live in an apartment owned by a PE firm? This is becoming much more common and I imagine Miami is no different. An example would be Abodee, which owns Brickell Roads.
What has your experience been like? Knowing PE firms are notorious about cutting costs. I am hesitant about accepting a lease in one…. But hoping to crowd source to this community! Thank you.
