It is interesting that all airports in South Florida has it but PBI. Tampa, FLL, MIA, Orlando they all have direct flights to Europe
I looked at the passenger volume in PBI and it is skyrocketing. Every year there is another record.
2020 3.09MM
2021 5.26MM
2022 6.64MM
2023 7.77MM
2024 8.40MM
2025 Maybe 10MM?
I am not sure why airlines are waiting?
Now for those suggesting FLL MIA or MCO;
FLL does not have train connection.
MIA is 2 hours away with train and after 7-8PM it gets creepy in the train
MCO, you have to take Brightline and for some rides, it costs more than $100 plus you have to pay like $30 for each luggage
We need to fly directly from PBI. What do you think?
