I installed the PalmTran app on my mother's phone yesterday and tried it out for the first time. I really had a lot of trouble with the UI. Aside from certain glitches, the most confusing aspect to me is that when you enter the destination address, it attempts to autopopulate it. Which I wouldn't mind as long as there was a way to modify it if it gets the autopopulation wrong. For instance, I tried to use it to order her a ride to her doctor. The app kept reading the practice name and giving me the offices in Wellington or Boynton. No -- I need the office here in Boca. When I tried to enter the actual Glades Road address, it kept autopopulating it to "Glades Road." No street NUMBER, mind you. Just "Glades Road." Like, anywhere on Glades Road? I don't get it. Any thoughts/suggestions?
