Hi all! I'm going to be induced in January at Palms West Hospital. My first was born via induction at Boca Regional. Had a very easy induction but the nurses were not the best (especially in L&D triage when I had emergencies) what I hated the most was the postpartum rooms. They're so super small and I had to share a bathroom and shower with the room next to me (other rooms were shared and divided by a curtain) has anyone given birth at Palms West? How were the rooms especially the postpartum rooms, are they all private with private bathrooms and showers? How's the L&D triage in case I have an emergency? I'm a high risk pregnancy with history of borderline preeclampsia and gestational hypertension. Whenever I went in for high BP ant Boca Regional they were so rude and brushed me off despite high BP readings, I was practically begging to be induced by 37 weeks and despite high BP they acted like I was a major waste of time and discharged me (even heard a nurse outside my triage room say I was a waste of her time). Do they have an antenatal ward as well in case I have to be admitted? I was admitted once at Boca Regional for monitoring and they stuck me in L&D triage for almost 2 whole days never got my own room.
