Odd Encounter

This morning on my way out for breakfast I saw a car speeding near Summit on Military southbound driving on the sidewalk , also headed the opposite direction of traffic. This person almost caused a massive accident, every other driver began to swerve because we truly had no idea where this person was headed and what he/she was doing . Lesson is be safe out there guys , snowbirds are gone but our usual Fl brand of crazy remains .
