North Beach is developing at a rapid pace now. New residential and rental skyscrapers are springing up. A Target is also going to open on 72st. There are those who are against it because it's their city, they were born here, and others who come from elsewhere and see business opportunities that aren't sentimental.
Personally, I'm not from here, but I already miss this transformation of this very quiet and friendly neighborhood.
