Anyone have any neighborhood recommendations in South Miami?

Trying to get our child into David Fairchild for the next school year so while we house hunt in this market (hot but hopefully cooling 🤞🏽🤞🏽), we’re looking at areas in south Miami. Any tips/advice/locations would be greatly appreciated!
