Need to find contactless, privately operated ATM machine in Miami Beach.

Trying to get some cash using a Non US virtual debit card. I went to few known ones like Citi, BOA, chase but the card didn’t read.

When I called the help team for the card I was advised to use a none bank or privately operated ATM. Unfortunately, didn’t find one that’s contactless, they all need the physical card to work.

I was wondering if any one is aware of one. It will be great help.
