Need a gag/ joke cake idea for bfs 21 bday in a week time. Further, needing a bakery willing to fulfill that time frame.

So I (20f) am trying to surprise my boyfriend (turning 21) for his upcoming birthday next week. This is such a last ditch effort as I am having so much trouble trying to find a solution to this. I wanted to get a custom cake made as a gag joke, Something obscene, hysterical and mainly memorable. My local grocery has a 24 hour notice, as well as a rule against anything with copyright /trademarks. I'm willing to go to a local bakery, my worry is the short notice as well as design complexity if anything.
