N. Flagler and Northwood Harbor apartments

Hey there, my girlfriend and I are looking to move and we came across these apartments. Is this a good area to move to? I know that the area just a bit south of it is… unseemly, to put it lightly, and I’m well aware of that, but we had driven by and checked out 4500 N. Flagler and the area seems quiet and clean, as well as being a gated community. Anyone have any experience in that section?
