Mysterious fires

So let me get this straight: “mysterious” fires keep clearing acres of land in West Miami-Dade, supposedly no one knows how, oops! Then developers swoop in to buy it up. Meanwhile, if I want to remove one tree from my own backyard so my kids can have room to play, I have to pay the city $$$$$ for permits, wait months for them to even look at it, and then am told I have to replace it with THREE MORE! I guess property rights don’t matter, government overreach is fine, unless you’re a developer.
