My building's parking is horrible. I noticed its those of us paying the highest rent get screwed.

The condos with three families living in one condo gets more parking spots. Then have the nerve to talk shit. Now I pay 2500 bucks a month cause I rent rather than own a condo. I would buy one but its not a good investment. It's nicely kept up but its really old building. What's worse is parking. The rules make no sense if you allow another family stay in same unit they will give you extra spot. Which makes no sense when we all pay the same maintenance.
