Moving from New Jersey

Hello, my wife has a job offer that would require us to move down to south Florida. Her job would be in Brickell (I’m sorry if I misspelled that) and we’re just starting to look at houses. Could anyone recommend an area for us that would be less than like an hour commute with house for under 700K. Thank you for your time!
