Moving from FTL to Boca

Hi! We are looking into moving from downtown Fort Lauderdale to Boca Raton. We prefer to be more east/a little west of 95. Not far west by Everglades. We have a 4 year old son. What are the best elementary schools (private and public) and which public schools have uniforms? Also is Boca more family oriented than FTL? Are the people different than Lauderdale? TIA!
