Hey yall got a question for you fellow smokers I quit 6 months ago smoking due to some weed I got that gave me crazy paranoia and anxiety ever since then I’ve been so scared to do it I’m also on a weight loss journey so I decided to take a break I smoked prior for 5 years never had an issue until that day has anyone experienced that what advice would you recommend if I slowly want to start again I honestly miss going for walks and smoking I miss sitting in my room vibing to music and relaxing I hate the constant anxiety I’m in lol 😂 it was the only thing that calmed me down I quit becuase of how they say it’s bad for your heart and lungs etc
