Michelin’s pay-to-play in Florida

Hey all. I'm a longtime food writer in South Florida (former Miami Herald food editor), so I've been following the Michelin Guide's entry into our state closely. Recently I came across something unusual: an unredacted agreement between Michelin and the tourism association in Orlando. I wrote a story about it because it was interesting to get an unvarnished look behind the curtain. I also posted a PDF of the contract. Hope you find it interesting.
