I can’t (well, I can, because it’s Miami) believe it. We just spent $840 million on the Signature Bridge, and after a few hours of rain, the road underneath is already flooded.

Can we please prioritize fixing basic infrastructure, especially at one of the busiest intersections, over nice-to-haves like the Underline, which is great but not nearly as essential as keeping roads functional? I counted four cars flooded, and the water was sloshing above my door.

With all the chaos this project has caused, is this really acceptable, especially given how busy the Biscayne/395 intersection is?
