Miami Beach Doctor Recommendations?

New to the Surfside area and looking for a GP. Would be grateful for recommendations and/or warnings about who to avoid. Hoping to find a doctor who listens to women, knows that ADHD is real, and doesn’t insist that all appointments must be before noon. Bonus points for office staff that are not obnoxious or incompetent. One must exist, yes?
