MedSpa with Care Credit

What injector, med spa office in Miami will accept care credit as authorized user without all the extra mumbo-jumbo?? my grandpa is the card holder and he does not live in Florida. He’s all the way in New York and that old man is not coming down here to Miami to physically present a card.
