Luck on getting approved in Gables properties

Me and a roommate just applied for a place in WPB within the gables owned properties. We’re at like 2.5x the rent, we don’t know how lenient they can be with us getting away with that since they need 3x. Does anyone who lives in one of their apartment complexes now know if they’ll give us a pass if everything else is good?
