Love to dance but can't deal with the late nights

I've seen some early bird dance nights around the nation and was wondering if Miami or FLL had anything similar? Basically go in at around 6 to leave at around 10 is what I've seen. Just a good time with friends to dance, dance and dance some more. But we got stuff to do in the early AM so no crazy late nights for us. Usually they cater to the 40+ crowd. Thanks!
