Looking to give up my cat

As the header states, I want to give my cat to someone who would love to have a very loving cat. Im in a place where financially I cannot care for the animal and I won't go into details as I'd like to not give a sob story but a place where my boundaries on the animal are not respected. My cat's name is Howard and he's fixed and microchipped. He's very very loving and sweet and i'm sure no matter what home he goes to he would belong. I have a decent stock of food and an automatic feeder for him, along with his toys and other belongings I'd be more than happy to send him alongside with. It makes me sad having to write this post but this cat was largely dumped onto me when I knew I couldn't handle him. I've had him for a year now and things haven't changed much, I love him to death but I want someone who's better well equipped to handle an animal to have him. He's a lover and he loves attention.
