Looking into opening a brick and mortar for a women’s vintage/secondhand clothing boutique. Is this something the area could use?

Think city girl consignment but non-consignment and more Y2K style (sorry if names aren’t allowed). There doesn’t seem to be many secondhand stores even though thrifting is popular. If you go to any big or even mid-size city there’s a lot of them and in Miami it’s growing and there’s a couple popular ones as well. We’re late 20s and have been running a Y2K/modern style thrifted boutique from our house and at markets for the last couple years but are wondering if a brick and mortar would work after growing up in the area and still not seeing this option for people. Is it something you think would work here? We love the Dixie hwy area south of clematis up to lake worth and feel that area would work well. Really just looking for thoughts on this whatever they may be.
