Looking for someone who cares for pigeons

Does anyone know of someone who takes care of pigeons? I have a sick one that was born on my balcony, he flew away a few days ago and I just found him in my building garage. I don’t think he’s doing well and I don’t know what to do. His parents still come to my balcony but I don’t think the baby can fly back up and idk if he’s being fed. I’m leaving food and water for him tonight. I don’t have the funds to take him to a vet or I would.
