Looking for privately rented out 3 bedroom apartment

I am looking for an apartment or a house 3bedroom/2bath by the end of September. I am an MBA student at FAU and work on weekends. Unfortunately, applying through regular apartment complexes doesn't work for me because I can't prove on paper that I make 3x rent. However, I get paid Basic Housing Allowance in the end of every month through GI Bill (I am a veteran). I also make a decent living in tips through my weekend job at the club. Money is not an issue. Showing proof of 3x income is. My budget is $2800-3000 a month. I am also able to pay a few months upfront. What are my best options?
