Looking for curly hair specialist for razor cut. I found one once in Miami, somewhere in the woods of Wynwood. For the life of me can’t find her again. She split her time between Miami and LA. Cost is not a concern- just want someone with at least 15 years of experience in razor cuts on curly hair.
