Hey everyone,
I’m looking for some help or guidance on finding affordable housing in the Miami area. I might be starting a job near Aventura soon, and I’m trying to stay within a monthly rent budget of around $650–$875.
I’ll be relying on public transportation (mainly the bus), so I’m trying to find a place that’s within a reasonable commute to Aventura. I’m open to studios, room rentals, or shared housing—whatever works within the budget.
If anyone knows of neighborhoods, buildings, Facebook groups, or even has a room available themselves, I’d be so grateful for any leads or suggestions. I know it’s tough out there right now, so even a little direction would help a lot.
Thanks in advance!
