Looking for a roommate in June

Male early 40’s with full time work and a rag doll furball cat. Mid May I am looking to look around and if anyone else is looking to move in June I am willing to meet and see if it will work, I’d like a house I will have a company truck so HOAs are out of the question. Something to make housing a little easier to be able to save on a solo budget. Looking for areas kinda close to Fort Lauderdale as that is where the office is. Currently in Delray and want to move more south.
