Looking for a private lender for condo for $25,000

Hi Neighbors,

Interested in a private lender for a mortgage loan on a fully paid off condo in Coral Springs. The amount is $25,000, 12% interest. 2-3 years is fine. The value of condo on zillow is $140,000. Banks and lending institutions don't lend on such low loan amounts.
