Long shot but has anyone here ever dealt with Melo giving you the runaround with apartment repairs?

Long Story Short, after extensive Trouble Shooting And consulting a plumber, my toilet cannot flush efficiently due to accumulation of hard water mineral deposits. I told Melo this over a year ago and they keep telling me “when our plumber shows up we will let you know” I’m pretty sure they just don’t want to pay for the repair. Anyone else experience similarities with Melo?
