little haiti miami, any advice?

me and a group of 4 other girls are staying in an airbnb in little haiti miami near the cultural center, i’ve heard a lot about this area but the airbnb just suggests it’s lowkey. we won’t be walking around the neighborhood just in and out of the home when we sleep, anything i should know? any advice?
