Last year my GF took her own life, a week ago, I received a scheduled email from her. AMA.

Last year (1/10/2024 - 1st Oct '24) my GF took her own life. She was 26, I was 27. We were highschool sweethearts. She had completed her higher education and worked 6 months abroad. She moved back, we had been living together and I was planning to propose that December.

Last week marked exactly 1 year since her death. I received the email at midnight. In the letter, she asked me not to freak out, and asked me to relax. She told me she knows I must be upset right now, but wants to keep me company.

She had 3 videos attached: one waking up and going on a morning drive, two cooking and eating her last meal, and three: eating dinner and going to bed.
